Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: sore arm has been more than 1 month-Medium, Systemic: Weakness-Medium, Additional Details: Patient said experienced sore arm for more than a month, seemed like not going away, touching her deltoid muscle and feel sore/pain still on day of report. Went to routine primary care and dr advise go schedule a therapy to work on the sore arm. Patient said reach up the left arm and cannot lift up all the way.
