Symptom narrative

Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Additional Details: Patient fainted and continued to suffer from lightheadedness and dizziness. She was unsteady on her feet for more than 25 minutes. EMS was called. Patient taken to the hospital in an ambulance for observation.
