Symptom narrative

The vaccine was administered in the early morning. That night, developed a diffuse, pruritic rash. Self-treated with diphenhydramine, which provided temporary relief for approximately two hours. The rash recurred the following night. Rash was present over the upper extremities and much of the torso based on video shown in clinic.
