Symptom narrative

Within a few hours, I got a red swollen lump at the injection site. I took Advil that night to sleep. The arm is sore when moving, the lump is large and the injection site remains red and swollen. It is 2.5 days since the injection and the arm remains red and swollen and painful to the touch.
