Symptom narrative

In the middle of the night after having the vaccine I had to get up and take a Tylenol. The next morning I was miserable. I didn't have a high fever but still had a headache. I noticed my equilibrium wasn't stabilized. I felt dizzy light headed and had vertigo. There were periods through out the day I had problems focusing. I had moments where I feel fine but have times when these symptoms would appear. I saw my PCP and was prescribed bupropion. I have an appt with a neurologist coming up. I am still experiencing these symptoms.

chlorestoral, hypertension, heart stent placement, anxiety, HBP

pantoprazole 40mg, , metoprolol 25mg, Plavix 75mg, Rosuvastatin 10mg , finasteride 5mg, monthly B12 injection,
