Patient reports that ever since having received the HPV vaccine to her left deltoid area, she reports pain to left shoulder area. pt seen on 12/17/25 and was given rotator cuff strengthening exercises as a home program over the school break and through a follow up phone call done on 1/7/26, patient reports continued to pain to left shoulder area. on 1/8/26, pt given a referral to a shoulder specialist.
