The caller said she was unable to clarify the name of the HPV vaccine.; No additional AE reported; A pharmacy intern called and reported an AE where a consumer received a dose of a HPV vaccine over a year ago and then received a dose of GARDASIL 9 yesterday; This spontaneous report was received from healthcare student and refers to 38-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown day (reported as over a year ago), the patient was vaccinated with human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine (lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis (product origin unknown). On 17-Dec-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), (lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis (inappropriate schedule of product administration). No additional adverse event (AE) was reported.
