The patient's past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient had Human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 and 18. On an unknown date, patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (0.50 mL totally, strength unknown) via intramuscular for the treatment of HPV at the age of 76 years old (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age). No side effects or symptoms reported (No adverse event). The patient stated since receiving the vaccine, all of her symptoms went away regarding HPV and she felt better (Therapeutic product effective for unapproved indication)
