No additional AE; she is 20 weeks pregnant as well; supposed to receive a Hepatitis B vaccine (ENGERIX B) but instead received GARDASIL 9; This spontaneous Prospective pregnancy report was received from a consumer or other non health professional, concerning a female patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 29-Dec-2025, the patient experienced supposed to receive a Hepatitis B vaccine (ENGERIX B) (Drufg not administered), but instead received Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), (dose, route, lot # and expiration date were not reported), as Prophylaxis. (Wrong product administered). It was reported that the patient was 20 weeks pregnant when vaccinated (Exposure during pregnancy). No additional adverse event was reported (No adverse event). Lot# would be requested and submitted if received.
