received the 1st dose of Flulaval, then instead of the 4 weeks waiting interval, the patient received 2nd dose early; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 6-month-old male patient who received Flu Seasonal TIV Quebec (FluLaval 2025-2026 season) (batch number 4F2AJ, expiry date 26-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Influenza vaccine inact split 3v (Flulaval). On 07-JAN-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of FluLaval 2025-2026 season. On 07-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving FluLaval 2025-2026 season, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: received the 1st dose of Flulaval, then instead of the 4 weeks waiting interval, the patient received 2nd dose early). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable.
