presented pain in the arm where she received it; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of pain in arm in a elderly female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced pain in arm (Verbatim: presented pain in the arm where she received it). The outcome of the pain in arm was not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the pain in arm to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the pain in arm to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 08-JAN-2026 A physician asked if she could receive a dose of Shingrix taking on count that 10 or 15 years ago or patient have received one or two doses for Herpes Zoster, but not sure if patient did. Also not sure if it was one or two doses at the time. Physician also mentioned that maybe she could have presented pain in the arm where she received it. Vaccine name, lot number and date of administration unknown by the physician. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
