Symptom narrative

2nd dose longer than recommended interval; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 68-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 5L9A4, expiry date 17-JUN-2027) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on 01-JAN-2010). On 08-JAN-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 08-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: 2nd dose longer than recommended interval).
