Stroke; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from a sales representative. An elderly female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), in Jul2021 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid 19 vaccine (DOSE 1; MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), for covid 19 immunization. The following information was reported: CEREBROVASCULAR ACCIDENT (disability) with onset Jul2025, outcome "recovered with sequelae", described as "Stroke". It was unknown if therapeutic measures were taken as a result of cerebrovascular accident. Additional information: Details of other vaccine on same date, other vaccine in four weeks and other medications in two weeks were unknown. No follow-up attempts are possible.
