Patient reported itching and shakiness on 11-13-25. Staff at Detention Center called Primary Care Physician who recommended giving Benadryl. Patient was given one dose of Benadryl and had no further symptoms as reported from Captin at County Detention Center.

History of stroke in beginning of 2025

No medical tests. Primary Care Physician was called and recommended one dose of Benedryl. Patient did not have an in person visit.
