Symptom narrative

Developed fever/chills with nausea and flulike symptoms within 24 hours of injection. Onset of injection site pain, swelling and redness in left upper arm. Patient seen in follow-up on 01/12/2026 (3 days later) with ongoing symptoms. Advised to alternate ice and heat to injection site. Prescribed celecoxib for pain and swelling. Will follow-up 01/16/2026.
