Pt presented to the pharmacy stating that her right arm is swollen and hard and warm to the touch. She says it has hurt since her vaccine in "October" when she got her second shingles vaccine. She says neither heat, nor cold packs help. She states it is firm down her entire arm. I advised the patient to try heat with massage and an NSAID and to follow up with her primary care for further evaluation.
