Symptom narrative

Vaccination was given in September following a series of three over the course of the preceding months as recommended by public health, received via public health, not in our setting. Presented in October w/ onset of muscular fasciculations, weakness, some "brain fog", fatigue, no clear etiology outside of potential vaccination reaction, workup has thus far been negative

Had labs drawn in December, MRI brain/cervical spine, so far negative; has EMG/nerve conduction studies, neurology consult in Feb 2026
