Symptom narrative

Syncope in approximately 5 seconds after administration of second vaccine (influenza). Patient fell from seat to floor on his side. Patient regained consciousness within 5 seconds of adverse event. Patient was escorted outside vaccination room where he asked to drink some water. He then walked to the waiting area and had a seat. In about 2-3 minutes he complained about seeing blurry vision so I called 911 emergency services. Emergency services arrived within 5 minutes and questioned both me and the patient. The patient was allowed to go home.
