Symptom narrative

With no symptoms I had a stroke which has affected my memory and balance

Medical history

Type 2 diabetes which my A1C hasn't been over 7.5 but on the day of the stroke my blood sugar was like 900 and my blood pressure was also off the charts, both went back to normal almost the next day, no problems since

Other medications

Amalodapine, metformen, omega 3 fish oil ,vitamin E, and vitamin D3

Allergies

Morphine, flagel, lisenapril
