Expired Menveo was administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via sales rep and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 17-year-old patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 7GS79, expiry date 31-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 06-JAN-2026, the patient received Menveo. On 06-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired Menveo was administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 08-JAN-2026 The healthcare professional reported that she was not aware of any adverse event following the administration and assumed there had not been any. The family was scheduled to be contacted that day to inform them about the maladministration.
