The patient's past medical history included shingles. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. It had been the patient's second time dealing with it, and the patient was grateful to have received the shot because it made the experience less severe than the first time. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding completion of primary vaccination schedule, time to onset for shingles and laboratory confirmation regarding shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.
