Havrix expired dose administration with more than 30 days difference between the expiration and the administration dates; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a male patient who received HAV (Havrix) (expiry date 29-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 07-JAN-2026, the patient received Havrix. On 07-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Havrix expired dose administration with more than 30 days difference between the expiration and the administration dates).
