expired dose was administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 69-year-old male patient who received HAB (Twinrix) (expiry date 30-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (Patient received first dose on unknown date) and Twinrix (Patient received second dose on unknown date). On 12-JAN-2026, the patient received the 3rd dose of Twinrix. On 12-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Twinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: expired dose was administered).
