Symptom narrative

After vaccines were given patient had a near syncopal episode. She became pale, sweaty, and felt weak. Symptoms improved after approximately 5-10 min. with improvement in her color and hot flush resolved. She felt well enough to walk but continued to feel a little weak for 15 min. She was monitored through this time.
