Symptom narrative

Patient immediately experienced a vasovagal syncope episode after all injections were administered in clinic. He became immediately pale, sweaty and dizzy which led to loss of consciousness lasting less than 10 seconds. He was monitored by 2 nurses in clinic at his side, provided an ice pack, water and candy. Vitals were obtained immediately and prior to leaving the clinic. Patient was monitored for 30 minutes in the clinic and released into father's care with no further symptoms.
