Paranasal sinus discomfort

Symptom narrative

Patient was given vaccinations around 2:30pm. Then shortly afterwards, at 2:55pm, patient's mom stated patient is feeling sinus pressure between the eyebrows, but it could just be because she just got her from school, per patient's mom. However patient's mom stated that patient only stated she felt the pressure right after vaccinations were finished. Patient given water to drink. Temperature was taken at 96F, 99% oxygen, 87 pulse, 109/85 mmHg blood pressure. Gave patient 5-10 minutes to relax, and waited to retake vital signs again: 96F temperature, 99% oxygen, 92 pulse, 100/69 mmHg blood pressure.
