Symptom narrative

about 25-30 minutes after receiving the vaccination, the patient returned to the pharmacy reporting that he was having an adverse event which included seeing lightning bolts and colored checkered spots in his peripheral vision. It seemed to be worse in his eye which he previously had shingles around back in September. It also seemed to be light sensitive because it was better when he blocked the light from his eye.

Current illness

Patient claims to have rheumatoid arthritis and patient states he did have a case of shingles around his eye back in Sept 2025
