Anaphylactic reaction

Symptom narrative

Patient received flu vaccine from pharmacy on 1/12/26. She called on 1/13/26 and reported that she experienced anaphylactic reaction to vaccine and went to hospital on the evening of 1/12/26. She received care from the hospital and was sent home later that evening, she said that she is doing better today. Patient states that she has gotten flu shots in past with no allergy experienced.
