Reported Symptoms: 10028813:NAUSEA; 10047700:VOMITING; Narrative: fatigue, forgetfulness, he had to lay down flat on the bed r/t vertigo left arm (which he got the vaccination in, became swollen, and a bump near where the injection was and "spread throughout his entire body."
