Symptom narrative

Reported Symptoms: 10028836:NECK PAIN; 10047862:WEAKNESS; 10075138:EYELID DYSTONIA; Narrative: Patient received high dose flu vaccine and within a week experienced pain, weakness in spine/neck and drooping of eyes. Patient sent message a few weeks later stating symptoms resolved and he felt better. Additional consults were placed for neurology evaluation and MRI and CT scan ordered. Other Relevant HX: Other: Neck pain, weakness, droopy eye lids
