Penmenvy liquid portion only administration; Penmenvy liquid portion only administration; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional and described the occurrence of inappropriate dose of vaccine administered in a female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) (batch number 55723, expiry date 08-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. In NOV-2025, the patient received Penmenvy. In NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Penmenvy liquid portion only administration) and inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Penmenvy liquid portion only administration). The outcome of the inappropriate dose of vaccine administered and inappropriate preparation of medication were not applicable.
