took valtrax and Percocet, but it still didn't help; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of lack of drug effect in a patient who received valaciclovir hydrochloride (Valtrex) film-coated tablet for product used for unknown indication. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for product used for unknown indication. Concomitant products included oxycodone hydrochloride, paracetamol (Percocet). On an unknown date, the patient started Valtrex and Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Valtrex and Shingrix, the patient experienced lack of drug effect (Verbatim: took valtrax and Percocet, but it still didn't help). The action taken with Valtrex and Shingrix was unknown. The outcome of the lack of drug effect was not applicable.
