expired dose was administered to an 80-year-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 80-year-old male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number J9493, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 12-JAN-2026, the patient received Arexvy. On 12-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: expired dose was administered to an 80-year-old patient). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 12-JAN-2026 The nurse reported that as on the day of reporting an expired dose was administered to an 80-year-old patient. The healthcare professional wanted guidance with this issue.
