Vaccinated with MMR on RT on 1/12/2026 at 9:58 AM. Vaccine was administered. Partially administered a Varicella, Varicella only poked the pt on his LT before it spilled on the table due to flinching it was not administered. Followed up with mom on 1/14/2026 to let her know what had happened at 8AM.
