Symptom narrative

Patient states upon receiving her influenza vaccine she felt like it was in her bone and became immediately painful. She developed a jolt of pain down her arm with a pins and needles sensation up into her neck and shoulder as well.

Lab data

Member referred to [withheld] MTF for further work up and evaluation. X-rays performed on 22 DEC 2025 were negative for fracture or dislocation. MRI of the right shoulder on 2 Jan 2026 with results pending. Outcome of event: Member continues with reduced ROM of the right arm and underwent an MRI on 2 JAN 2026 awaiting imaging results to create treatment plan.
