Symptom narrative

Skin: On the right lateral upper arm, there is a large area of flat erythema involving the majority of the lateral upper arm. The area is slightly warm to touch without induration or fluctuance. At the site where adhesive bandages were present (removed during the encounter), there is a small, superficial linear blister approximately 1 cm in length, thin and localized along the edge of the prior bandage. No drainage, streaking, or signs of secondary infection noted. The remainder of the skin examination is clear with no other lesions or rashes.
