Patient presented with erythematous rash on right arm on Saturday 1/10/26 after she was vaccinated on 1/9/26. The pharmacist that the original reaction was reported to performed initial assessment so descriptions are details gathered verbally form her from that encounter. The patient described the rash as "hot and painful". Patient returned the pharmacy on 1/12/26 after patient was treated with ceftriaxone injection at urgent care which she also claimed to have a reaction to "I broke out in hives on one side of my body". Patient was then referred to the emergency room by her primary care provider where she was prescribed an oral steroid and clindamycin.
