It has been almost 3 months since the Vaccine administration occured ; Patient has reported to the pharmacy that her right arm still hurts at the injection site.

hISTORY OF BREAST CANCER

Atorvastatin 20 mg tab, Ibandronate 150 mg tab , Anastrozole 1 mg tab.

Patient will be seeing PCP to get pain medication for resolution of Pain being experienced.
