ActHib vaccine was incorrectly reconstituted with sterile water (sterile diluent for MerckSharp & Dohme LLC for live viruses (sterile water), lot # 1973248, exp 2-7-2026, 0.7 ml), rather than the 0.4 percent saline diluent that is supplied with the ActHib vaccine. No adverse event noted.
