Flucelvax accidentally given by nursing staff though not requested by the patient's guardian.

Current illness

11/17/25: upper respiratory infection. 11/26/25: bilateral otitis media, upper respiratory infection.

Eczema.

Eucerin topical; hydrocortisone 1% topical; normal saline nasal drops.
