Symptom narrative

The patient received her COVID-19 vaccine in her right deltoid. She said that at the time the vaccine was administered, she felt it was administered too high. She experienced severe pain afterwards and was unable to move her arm for a few days. When she came in to the pharmacy today (1/14) to discuss this with me, she said she had regained some mobility but her arm was not completely back to normal yet.
