Symptom narrative

Mom states that about 2 months after getting vaccines, she noted that both of his thighs appeared slightly swollen and he scratches at his thighs when she changes his diaper. No redness or concerns for abscess. On physical exam on 1/14/2026, has very mild swelling along bilateral anterior thighs and slight warmth compared to rest of leg.
