Symptom narrative

On 12/29/2025 Patient received Boostrix vaccine, returned on 12/31/2025 complaining of arm pain. Patient told to monitor. Patient returned on 01/02/2026 complaining pain and swelling worsened and reddening, and was advised to go to a clinic for evaluation. patient was prescribed antibiotics for a diagnosis of cellulitis of the left arm. Patient was sent doxycycline to our pharmacy. Patient did not ever pick up antibiotics.
