On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced sickness (Verbatim: was down the whole weekend). The outcome of the sickness was not reported. The timing was not right was down the whole weekend. The patient was going to deep clean as husband's daughter coming over the next weekend to go through his clothes. The patient had to get up very early that Saturday to clean the house and water down the porch. Never took the booster and never would. The batch number was not provided and we and unable to contact the reporter.
