Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

a patient received a dose of Shingrix in December 2023 but has not received a second dose of Shingrix.; This non-serious case was reported by other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 64-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received in DEC-2023). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: a patient received a dose of Shingrix in December 2023 but has not received a second dose of Shingrix.). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-JAN-2026 The pharmacy technician reported a patient received Zostavax in December 2014, and a dose of Shingrix in December 2023, but has not received a second dose of Shingrix. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
