A male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (DOSE NUMBER UNKNOWN; MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: ENCEPHALITIS AUTOIMMUNE (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "autoimmune encephalitis"; MYOCARDITIS (medically significant), outcome "unknown"; PERICARDITIS (medically significant), outcome "unknown"; NEOPLASM MALIGNANT (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "it looks like he has cancer"; SMALL FIBRE NEUROPATHY (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "small fiber neuropathy". Clinical course: Patient stated that he was not doing so good, adding that he has been diagnosed with myocarditis, pericarditis, small fiber neuropathy, autoimmune encephalitis and that, now, it looks like he has cancer, with all of this starting, obviously after the shots. Pfizer's vaccine is about to terminally kill him. Patient added that he is going to die and that there is no one else to call and that he does not have much time. Patient was interested in information about how he should proceed regarding treatment of myocardits, pericarditis, small fiber neuropathy, autoimmune encephalopathy and cancer.
