Symptom narrative

Expired Varicella vaccine was given to patient on 1/6/2026. Mother was notified that day. Mother had no concerns at the time. On 1/7/2026, mother called clinic and stated that patient was vomiting and leg that she received vaccine in was red, raised, and tender to touch. Mother would not tell us which leg was bothering the patient. Mother stated that patient was also having trouble walking.
