Symptom narrative

Approximately 12 hours after receiving vaccine patient experienced left sided chest pain and discomfort for which she was evaluated by cardiology. This waxed and waned for approximately 3-4 weeks.

Medical history

Bundle branch block, history of malignant melanoma, osteoporosis

Other medications

Estradiol vaginal cream, valacylovir, vitamin D3

Allergies

Meclizine, cephalelxin monohydrate
