Symptom narrative

Patient presented with temp of 99.6 and complaints of redness and pain to left upper arm.

Current illness

Parent reports patient had the flu approximately 2 weeks before receiving the vaccines. Patient presented with intermittent cough that would last for 2-3 weeks then resolve and return. Patient additionally diagnosed with acute bilateral otitis media - no treatment initiated at this time.
