Patient had WCV on 01/05/2026, did not get vaccines due to fever 100, Scheduled to RTC ON 01/09/2026 AS FLU SHOT. Provider did not see patient when she came in. Medical Assistant gave Flucelvax. Patient went home and did not receive 2-month-old vaccines. Provider called on 01/15/2026. Patient doing well no changes in health. No fever, normal behavior, sleeping well, stooling normal. Breast and bottle feeding. Patient came into office at 11:30am evaluated with no acute finding normal PE. 2-month-old vaccines given today 01/15/2026.
